ANCIENT PATHS TRAINING CENTER
Our leadership training school is Ancient Paths. Our mission is to train and equip those who desire to minister as part of the congregation of Joshua's Vineyard. It is a hands-on training, combining classroom reading/lecture with practical experience and ministry assignments. Our vision is to see new ministries and new churches birthed and staffed as we raise up leaders and workers.
Our leadership team, under the direction of our lead pastor. Gerald Martinez, is Perry Floyd, Jeff Hamilton, and Kasey Floyd.
We have six semester curriculum, designed to be completed in three years. Each semester is self-sufficient, so that any student can plug in at any time. Certificates of completion are given at the end of each year. When all six semesters are completed, a final certificate of completion is awarded.
The schedule is by semester. We operate from September to December, then from January to May, and focus on ministry projects and trips during the summer. Some projects/trips are only available to those who have completed certain pre-requistite training modules.
